Amy and Rick were married at one of my favourite wedding venues in Lancashire, Mitton Hall.

Amy got ready in the Princess Suite, while Rick and the boys spent the morning a few miles up the road in Whalley.

Despite the BBC Weather forecase being for rain all day, as you will see from the photos, the weather was actually quite the opposite - and guests spent all day outisde on the Mitton Hall terrace, enjoying drinks and canapes whilst overlooking the Ribble Valley!

Wedding Ceremony Mitton Hall

Amy and Rick had booked me as they wanted some relaxed, informal photographs of their wedding day. Rick in particular had said that he hated having his photo taken, and that my informal / natural style was exactly what they were looking for.

This was music to my ears, as I love being able to blend in a guest, taking photographs without making people do anything other than be themselves and have fun. I think the only posed photographs we took were the confetti photos, a few group photos, and some photographs taken at sunset where we went for a walk through the Mitton Hall grounds.
