Chase & Dan’s Stirk House Wedding
Chase and Dan’s wedding at Stirk House in Gisburn, Ribble Valley was one of those days where you could quite literally feel the happiness in the air. From the moment the day began, there were huge smiles, plenty of laughter and an overwhelming amount of love for these two. Chase, in particular, seemed to have the biggest smile imaginable and barely stopped smiling all day! With beautiful sunshine over Stirk House and its stunning Lancashire countryside surroundings, it really was the perfect setting for such a happy and love-filled wedding day.
Family was at the heart of everything, and it was especially lovely to see the incredibly close relationship Chase has with her mum and her grandad. They played such an important part in the day, creating some of those genuinely emotional and meaningful moments that make wedding photography so special. Alongside those quieter family moments, there was plenty of fun, laughter and celebration with friends and family throughout the day.
Stirk House is such a beautiful Ribble Valley wedding venue, with its historic character, gardens and surrounding countryside providing loads of opportunities for natural, relaxed photographs. We made the most of the sunshine and beautiful grounds, capturing the two of them together as well as all the little moments happening around them. As a Lancashire wedding photographer, days like this are exactly why I love documentary-style wedding photography – nothing forced, just real people, real emotions and a brilliant couple enjoying every second of their wedding day.
