A Magical Garden Party Wedding at Browsholme Hall – Hetty & Jamie’s Global Celebration
If you're dreaming of a relaxed, joyful garden party-style wedding, then Hetty and Jamie’s stunning day at Browsholme Hall will be right up your street. As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing all kinds of celebrations, but this one stood out for its incredible energy, the international mix of guests, and that perfect blend of elegance and fun.
A Global Gathering at Browsholme Hall
Hetty and Jamie live in Singapore, but chose the beautiful Browsholme Hall and Tithe Barn in Lancashire for their wedding – and what a fantastic decision that was. With guests flying in from all over the world, the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and emotion from the very start.
Browsholme Hall is one of my favourite North West wedding venues to shoot. Set in the heart of the Ribble Valley countryside, the Hall and its surrounding grounds make the perfect backdrop for timeless, relaxed wedding photography. The Tithe Barn, with its rustic charm and character, added even more personality to the day.
Glorious Weather & Laid-Back Vibes
The sun shone from morning till evening – a true gift for a UK wedding! The couple embraced the weather with an outdoor celebration full of fun and laughter. From the moment guests arrived, it felt like a relaxed English garden party.
There were lawn games for the adults and kids alike, a bouncy castle that saw plenty of action (yes, even from the grown-ups!), and a real sense of ease that only comes when everyone is truly enjoying themselves. The grounds at Browsholme were alive with the sound of children laughing, glasses clinking, and friends reconnecting from across the globe.
The Stunning Bride & Dapper Groom
Hetty looked absolutely breathtaking in her gown – effortlessly elegant with a touch of boho chic. Her smile never left her face, and she carried a natural grace that made photographing her a dream. Jamie, equally dapper in a sharp suit, couldn't take his eyes off her.
Their chemistry was infectious, and their love for each other shone in every frame. One of my favourite moments was capturing them walking hand-in-hand through the gardens, surrounded by their favourite people, just soaking it all in.
