Fairytale Wedding at Eaves Hall
Nicola and Matthew planned a fairytale wedding at Eaves Hall in Lancashire, and I was their wedding photographer.
Nicola and the girls spent the morning getting ready down in the Lodge, and then later moved over to Eaves Hall main building for the finishing touches in the Kemple Bridal Suite.
icola's dress was spectacular - and it was definitely the longest veil that I have ever seen!
Their wedding was full of beautiful personal touches, and despite the weather really not being on our side, we still managed to dodge the rain showers for some photographs outside in the stunning gardens. Eaves Hall grounds still looked fantastic and the colours in the trees even though the sun wasn't shining on them was beautiful!
Autumn Weddings in Lancashire
Autumn is my favourite time of year. The colour palette is the best a photographer could wish for, and the beautiful gardens of Eaves Hall just looked amazing at this time of year, as the greens turned to yellows and oranges, and the red ash trees bloomed in colour
it was a perfect fairytale backdrop.
Relaxed Wedding Photography
Nicola and Matthew wanted to enjoy their wedding without being constantly stopped for photos - they loved my informal and relaxed approach to wedding photography, and I was able to blend into their wedding day as a guest, taking photographs of
everyone enoying themselves, without asking anyone to stand and pose for the camera. I believe these are the best kind of photographs - and I much prefer to get natural moments of people enjoying themselves over anything setup for the camera.
